From the red torii gate of the temple, go straight until you come across a split path.Head inside and go out the other door where you'll find the Sudama. There's a house on the right where a Yamanba is and a large chest. You can find the Kodama inside a large pot just outside the hut. Go east towards a large hut where you'll encounter more soldiers.
